I downloaded this app last year, solely to use the wishlist feature, and i must say... it has tremendously exceeded my expectations. Time and time again, when I have needed customized assistance to change things around in my store, the customer support team members have immediately jumped to fulfill my wishes and swiftly followed up to ensure my satisfaction. Unlike other apps that pressure you to leave premature reviews without having earned them, the friendly staff members behind this app genuinely work hard to put customer satisfaction first. I’m super impressed with these guys, and... get this.... I’m only on the FREE plan. I definitely look forward to using even more features from this app in the future. The phenomenal customer service is refreshing, and acts as an inspirational reminder of how we all should treat our existing and potential customers. Special thanks to Nurila, she is such a pleasure!

I use this app for reviews, wishlist, rewards, and social sign in. It's been great and customer service always responds quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with it and would recommend it.

The Customer support is brilliant! Even on the free option, they are prompt to respond and help you customize and integrate the app in your website. You just point out what you'd want and they deliver! Fantastic experience! Recommend this app!
The customer support service is fantastic! The turnaround time to fix my issues is usually in 1 - 2 days. And Growave is the best loyalty program app I have came across so far.

Are these a bunch of fake reviews or has something really changed with Growave that has caused it to be broken? We've tried installing growave for our site DeliciousDoor, and have had a series of 20+ emails with their support team because there have been at least 10 MAJOR bugs in their tool that prevent refer-a-friend from working, coupons not being created correctly, Q&A not working correctly. I'm shocked that there are so many positive reviews on here! Super frustrating at this point as we've had bug requests in for ~2 weeks that are still open. Do yourself a favor and find an alternate app that works!
