UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and was very kind, prompt, and did everything to make it right. They noted that the prices I was seeing were due to a technical error which has since been fixed. I have had a great experience with customer service and am now using this app in my own shop. When viewing the app on Shopify, it shows a $9/month option; however, when you go to actually try the app its cheapest option is over $35/month. That is a huge discrepancy. Please update. Your options are not as advertised, which is disappointing.

Hope they can keep this reaction and approach to all customer requests not only for reviews. However, they ask for Enterprise plan fee which is 299$ to access API. It is unbelievable. Dear Growave, Please find a cheaper way for your customers to integrate with your partner apps. I am not eager for your API, I just need integration with your partner app. 299$ is not normal, is it ?

This App is amazing. It does sooo many things and really helped my website gained user reviews, feedback and made it look way more professional and savy. In addition the customer service and staff are exceptional. They are friendly, extremely prompt and very quick to action. I can truly recommend this app as the people behind seem very dedicated and passionate about it and are a pleasure to work with,

A great, easy to use App that combines several key functions into one, and looks great on my store. And something that delightfully surprised me, was after I migrated to a new theme, Tina contacted me and offered to set up the components I used on the new storefront! For free no less! Tina's work was flawless, exactly how I wanted it, and super fast! Thank you Tina! and thank you Growave for a great product!

I appreciate the Growave team's response as we have worked through problems to reach solutions and get everything operating as we need. When everything is in proper working order, it does exactly what we need for our complex system. I am grateful to the Growave team for being available and helpful, and for bringing so many features that my customers and I use constantly. Awesome support, I love how simple the app is to use for my rewards program and social login. Support is always there if needed.

Just installed this app a few days ago and it seems like it will add to conversions! There's a free plan and it allows for reviews, wishlists etc

Started my first month with this app, and above all else, the customer support is absolutely fantastic. Always very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. Overall a very pleasant experience so far with the app and its team.

This great app provides very important features that can be found in one place. The app works perfect and easy to install and edit language also. The customer service is excellent with quick response on chat as well as by email with fast solutions! Highly recommended and we will keep on using the app on a constant basis!
