Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

I have just started using the app, however I'm impressed. Staff is amazing & always there to guide you. Definitely worth a try.

We tested this app for a few weeks and it was great! Ultimately, we had to go in another direction due to other aspects we require for our services that tied into our Rewards Program in a way that Growave was not enough to accomplish. We would highly recommend Growave and are sad to part ways after receiving such personable and FAST customer service. UPDATE (six days later): We switched back and are so happy we did! :)

Fantastic "all in one" solution for Reviews, Rewards, Blog Comments, and more! Their support staff is A+++ and help faster than anything I have ever experienced. So happy to be using this app.

写真つきのレビューとレビューに対するリワード、ウィッシュリストやソーシャルログインなど必要な機能がまとまっていて、とてもうまく機能しています。
管理画面も日本語にできますしレビューなども日本語で表示が崩れることはありません。

サポートは英語になりますが、翻訳ツールを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションがとれますし、とても素早く対応していただけました。

I use this app mainly for the wishlist and social login features but the fact they also include reviews even in the free plan makes it all the more awesome. I really appreciate their great customer service as well, they've helped me customize exactly how I want the look of everything to be through their experience in shopify development/coding which is really helpful! I only wish I could utilize a little more within the free plan (remove branding, use rewards, etc.) but considering my take on everything, I can only imagine those with the paid plans using all of the available features (at least 7 apps in 1) have not only made Growave a nice addition to their stores, but possibly even a necessity!

[Update]: I'm very impressed with the customer support from Tina - she has been responsive and very helpful! To install an new app takes less than one minute, but to set up all the features correctly really needs time. Tina has been helping me going through every step and she provided the amazing service. This app looks like a good option, combining more features! However, there might be bugs: 1. The reviews were migrated but couldn't show correctly.
2. Got notification from Google Search Console about the Review snippets structured data issue and this will prevent our page from appearing in Search result. I've sent multiple emails to Growave support team asking for help. None of the above problems got resolved. This is probably a nice app if it can be installed successfully, but their support sucks. Their response to fix the urgent issues like this is much slower than the other apps we've installed!!!!!

Wow. OK. I've just seen your integrations. Thank you SO much, Kalys! Your app is simply beautiful! I've been wracking my brains for MONTHS whenever I'd see such features on other stores just wondering how I would ever get them in mine. And, boom, you've done it with just ONE app! You guys are simply amazing! You have a FAN in me!

The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Very fast, respectful, helpful with responses and problem solving. Very fast turnaround times with help requests!

It can be challenging to locate a product that not only provides an array of features but also maintains a high-quality, efficient and friendly technical support team. That said, I am delighted to report that this app surpasses expectations in both categories.

So far so good and the customer service fast and reliable. I have to give it a five stars overral. ✔
