Excellent customer service! The app works beautifully and is a powerful tool to interact with customers and expose to potential customers the reviews from from your stores and products. We had a minor issue, which we communicated thru customer service and the follow up experience in solving it was superb! Growave is a great all-in-one customer loyalty app. It's easy to use and the customer service is legit the best I've ever experienced! Tattu is exceptional in answering any questions I have and fixing any issues I come across. 10/10 recommend.

Really awesome app with some really great features. The support & dev team have been super helpful and very quick to respond even with differing time zones. Alice has been especially helpful in delivering my input on their product and helping me get custom features in for my store!
