I'm preparing to redirect my old site on to shopify and wanted to quickly integrated many features for my customers without having to install 5 different apps. Growave helped me customize the site to my exact needs. I would say they offer excellent value and great customer service, most importantly the dev team did an incredible job implementing my requests with no extra costs.

I've been trialing Growave and I can honestly say I love it so far! It's powerful. Before I came across Growave, I was determined to use a separate loyalty programme & review app because I couldn't find a platform that does both. Growave combines both of those apps plus so much more. Extremely responsive and helpful team. Their team is amazing, from Tony who gave me the demo, to Alex & the dev team who helped me customise a few things on my website, everyone has been absolutely helpful. Thank you! while our initial experience with the app was great. the entire app is being updated at the same time and we are now left with very few features to actually work with and aren't able to view any analytics.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even if I have the free plan, they didn't hesitate to help me to fix my inquire. I ask them to change the font of the wishlist button and they did it in less than one day. I am very satisfied with their customer service. This is the kind of support any kind of app should have to be the number one. Quick and simple way to communicate with them.
This is my second store and THE FIRST app I made sure I installed. It's like a one stop shop for everything you need! Wishlist, social proof, rewards, and especially the slick design of the wishlist and reviews! Customer service is ALWAYS so friendly and easy to work with. Tattu and Kayls are VERY responsive and willing to answer your questions quickly and diligently. I actually left Shopify to try a third party vendor and came back because I missed all the features Social Shopwave had to offer.
I used the app to help me make wishlist and add to favorites option. It works great and customer support is amazing ! I was helped by Alice and she did amazing job! I definitely recommend it !

Definitely easy to use and conveniently (and seamlessly) add on a wish list and social log in to the site. Support is exceptional and managed to get real responses and assitance barely seconds of raising my ticket.
This app is perfect. Lots of features to improve your store with a very professional feel, there is no silly games or spin wheels which make your store feel amatuer.
The Customer support was amazing, and completed many tweaks which I asked for, all for no extra charge.
