I think the concept and system is good.... once I am a part of the SocialShopWave....
I realized that... their Service is even better than the best!!!

System work great even on a free plan, it is not just a 1 app, but they are 3 apps at the same time!!!

My hat off to the Developer Team on the professional and friendly support from the SocialShopWave this is one of the best support from the Shopify App Developer Partner!!!!

App was ok but had to delete because it conflicted with our slide cart drawer app and caused our mobile site to freeze up/become unusable. Once I deleted Growave our mobile site started working properly again. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if not for our slide cart drawer. I also wish they had lower tiers for paying for certain features, such as email reminders/emailing the wish list. I would pay $5-10 for that, but I didn't want to pay $30/month for additional features that we wouldn't have used.

The app is very good and support is excellent and fast. I've uninstalled it because it makes it mandatory for customers to create an account, while I prefere to let them decide if they want to join the reward program (and create an account) or just purchase more quickly.

Great set of features. Some of the admin pages need work as it can be hard to make some changes after you have launched but the team is always more than happy to help and is very friendly

The UI and navigation in admin and doc page are sometimes a bit confusing but the support team is very responsive, and you got all the features in 1 single app which is very cost effective. And I am sure they can improve more in the future
