We have been using this app for main store for quite some time! And when we open sub stores, this is the only Loyalty App that comes into our mind! We have used this app for 7 stores!

Customer Service is like no other. They really are very helpful and quick to respond. I couldn't get the app to integrate properly with my premium theme but Eldar was very helpful and got it done right away. Can't wait for my customers to begin using the features.

UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and was very kind, prompt, and did everything to make it right. They noted that the prices I was seeing were due to a technical error which has since been fixed. I have had a great experience with customer service and am now using this app in my own shop. When viewing the app on Shopify, it shows a $9/month option; however, when you go to actually try the app its cheapest option is over $35/month. That is a huge discrepancy. Please update. Your options are not as advertised, which is disappointing.

UPDATE FOR BELOW PROBLEM: I am impressed of reaction after my 2 stars review by Growave team. They were so responsive and positive to overcome my problem. Well deserved 5 stars from me to Growave. Hope they can keep this reaction and approach to all customer requests not only for reviews. Thanks Growave. >>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I wanted to use this app together with Appstle subscription because they look partner apps as seen in integration list.To be able to connect Appstle Subscription and Growave, I had needed to access to API of Growave. However, they ask for Enterprise plan fee which is 299$ to access API. It is unbelievable. Dear Growave, Please find a cheaper way for your customers to integrate with your partner apps. I am not eager for your API, I just need integration with your partner app. 299$ is not normal, is it ?

This App is amazing. It does sooo many things and really helped my website gained user reviews, feedback and made it look way more professional and savy. In addition the customer service and staff are exceptional. They are friendly, extremely prompt and very quick to action.
