terrible customer service and technical support. Cannot resolve a so-called easy problem after a few weeks. time wasting!

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and for making you wait for a long. This is not the kind of experience we would want our customers to have and we'll surely take this on priority. Our big team works every day to improve our service and we are very sad for not meeting your expectations and not being helpful on time. Here at Growave we live by our customers’ successes and failures and want all of our friends to have only the best experiences.
Regarding the issue with our Login app, I'd like to let know that your problem was unique and we sincerely tried to solve it together with our senior developers. I have already connected our development team to your case but since you deleted our app we cannot continue to work on the solution.
We would love to make things right and fix any issues caused by Growave. And we would not forgive ourselves for letting you go with a bad impression of our app. If you would like to respond to our last support reply I would be more than happy to get this up and running for you right away. Also happy to jump on a quick screen share or video call to help you get set up also.

Two things:
1. I am simply amazed by the genius of this app. The feedback and wishlist features are integrated so smoothly that it's not intrusive yet highly visible. The social login feature, the rewarding system for various things simple yet very effective. I don't know all the features yet but I can already see there are quite a few more to use although I am already fully happy with the ones I have set up. So yes as I said, genius.
2. Customer support deserves another set of five stars. Its chat service is prompt and the representative I had (Alice) was very sweet and very helpful. She helped me twice in the same day and sorted my query quickly.
In overall, I believe if you get but a single app for your store, you should install this one.

I used this app to set up wish list and reviews. The customer service alone is reason enough to keep the app even on a free trial basis. These features enhanced my site and I would definately reccomend!

This app works so well for us. We had to do some changes to a previously loyalty system and programmers and CSR team were so accommodating and did some minor back end work for me to make it work. The customer service is unreal good (Tattu and Alice are so amazing). Really happy with the app and the responsiveness.

THE GREATEST ALL IN ONE APP, AND, BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT BAR NONE! I am very busy setting up my new clothing line Ascension Inspired Clothing - it's a completely new business, but, what the Growave app will enable me to do is nothing short of incredible. It's my first store launch but from the get go it will look extremely professional. You get a lot for your money with Growave and I can now pivot my business like an established high street brand. Rewards programme, wishlists, referrals etc etc. WOW all in ONE. I spent a week on YouTube researching reviews of other rewards apps and after a lot of consideration finally came to Growave. The customer support from Growave has been AMAZING, I feel SAFE in their hands. Alex has been a whizz and set up the Growave features and even helped with some customisation on my Turbo theme! He has listened and responded well and on time to my emails and I am particular to how I want my store to look. Tina & Alice have been great too in fact they all have. I am on the basic subscription tier and what's great is that it offers everything. There is an option for Klaviyo intergration which I will want to go with at a later date when I get to grips with email marketing. Growave is a credit to themselves and the Shopify! They are the gold standard with which all over apps should set themselves. There's a reason why they are 4.9 and it's because they deserve it. I've had a couple of bad experiences with other apps recently and not replying to me and have since uninstalled the apps but I know I won't be with Growave. I'm happy to give this review 100% satisfaction and take my time out to do it. Well done and thanks to the Growave team! ⭐

Amazing team and customer service. They installed the module perfectly as you like it. the design option is limitless and they can customise the styles the way you like. plus it work better than the other apps i have used.
Great multi-purpose app. I haven't explored all the functions, but the support has been amazingly quick and efficient to listen to my customized request. I hope the app will improve further in certain areas such as adding reward members manually by the user.
