The ease of use and powerful functions crush any other service I have tried.... and there were a lot. The customer support is hands down the best I have ever received from any Shopify application. They were always responsive and extremely happy to help. Most of the time you install an app and it is never quite like you wanted it to be installed. I reached out and within hours every single aspect of the Growave app was fully implemented EXACTLY how I wanted it in my store. I seriously can't explain how impressed I am by both the functionality and team behind this app. 110% recommend!

We just installed this app, the customer service spent a few days working with us to get everything small little things working to details for our store. We were very pleased. Although there is a time zone difference but they are very responsive and willing to have conference on the phone to solve problems together.
This app also offered a lot of features that help drive customers back to our store as well, these features are so good both us and our customers love it. I'm very thankful for this.
Growave is a good value app that provides a lot of functionality in one app. Some fixes and adjustments have been required along the way but the team has been very helpful and easy to work with.

Five application in one app it's sound great, but the most excellent feature is their customer support. I very like their support, they have a quick response with a friendly attitude. I am using many apps but never found a service like this in others apps.
So far, so good!
They are attentive and dedicated and get the job done efficiently.

I have been recently setting up a store with quite some specific aesthetic requirements which I could not edit myself within this app. The support team at Growave have been exceptional and have gone over and above to ensure that the plug ins and widgets not only function, but seamlessly fit in with my site design and look and feel. What can I say! Kalys & Elder are just fantastic. They always go out of their way to help us with requests. The customer support goes above and beyond!
With regards the app, it is a must have in our opinion, we have it on 2 sites and will be putting it on our 3rd soon.

Purchase Streams has been open almost one year and needed more customer choices. This app and the customer assistsist is by far the best. Mr. Kalys Salmakbaev and personnel helped with installation and explaining the different functions and tools within the app. Highly recommended!
