At the moment I haven't open the website yet. But I have to tell you that customer service at SocialShopWave is top of the line, they are helping me with every single question I have.
I can't wait to have my site open and keep sharing my experiences with SocialShopWave.

So far we have not used the app too much but we want to mention that the customer support we have received on our Onboarding, especially from Anna, has been very helpful, prompt responses and solutions to all our questions, keep it up!

I really do like this app, and it was beneficial for my business for the time I had it. However, after being a customer for seven long months without any sort of payment and they try to do the whole "bait and switch" tactic to force me into a $60/month contract, I find that a little sketchy and disheartening. It would be much better if they grandfathered a plan or made the payments more affordable. They basically make you pay MORE if your site gets more visitors, and it has nothing to do with the app itself!

The app is great, and the support is even better. Since we installed the app up until now (roughly 2 to 3 months) the support has been excellent. They help us out with custom requests and answer all of our questions rather quickly. The app functions great as well. There are some things, such as loading speed which could be improved, but other than that it works great. I can definitely recommend people who are looking to include functions that this app offers with Growave. We mainly got it for the points system, but started using the profile pages, wishlist and review function as well.
