SIX STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best apps ever, whishlist, loyalty, reviews, UGC, social logins and analytics, it even have tired points with many Engagement Based earning points and many redeem options ... we love this app so much ... the support is almost always live on the chat ... and if not they reply very quickly, they also do customize some features or errors on the spot, we use it on Shopify Plus and all our stores ... we wish they can connect and integrate Same loyalty points with 2 stores and connect the users since we don't need to install on every store individually

We installed Growave to help us develop a loyalty program for our customers and so far the experience we have had with the app has met all the needs we have. The customer service team at Growave have been extremely helpful in tailoring the app to meet our specific needs, they are quick to reply and always go above and beyond to help us get the most from the app.

Using this app has upgraded my store and I love it! The wishlist feature is my favorite and is a feature that any store should have! The support team was proved very kind and helpful. I contacted Alex a couple of times and he got right back at me and helped me with my queries successfully! Keep going and stay one of the best shopify apps!

Tattu has been unbelievably fantastic. Out of all the apps out there, I've experienced excellent customer service but she takes it to a whole new level.
She's extremely attentive, responsive, and will go the extra mile and beyond to make sure all your needs are met.
I was so impressed by the functionality of this app and her service that I have now installed this app on both my stores :)

This is a great, all-encompassing app! It's ease of use and simple click and go setup lets you get up and running in a snap. I did have a few small things I wanted adjusted, and they were taken care of in a VERY timely fashion! The customer service polite, appreciative, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this app and look forward to a long, prosperous relationship with Growave!

I have ran into three major bugs so far. They still have at least one huge bug right now.

1. They had a bug that allowed somebody to share to Facebook over and over with no time delay and generate fraudulent gift cards out of thin air extremely quickly. Somebody ran up probably 750,000 points or so in one evening by doing this on loop. I spent an entire weekend trying to disable the fraudulent accounts and cards.

2. Woke up this morning four months later to see that people are still able to order products that they never paid for, with gift cards that were created out of thin air, that were disabled four months ago. This is a big deal, this was $75,000 created before I realized what was going on, four months later it's still not fixed.

3. There was also another bug that rewarded points for using points which is ridiculous, and it still didn't work right even after the support team pointed out which setting should be used and was updated. I sell high ticket items so for example if somebody bought $10,000 worth of items, they got a $1,000 gift card, but then when they used that gift card, they were rewarded with another $100 gift card, then another $10 for using that one, which is absurd.

Tried to be understanding but if they're not going to take this seriously then everybody else needs to know about potentially huge issues with the app revolving around reward points and gift cards. Ones that you did not sign up for.
