I have been trying rewards app - for a while now until I finally decided to go with growave for its breath of features and the amazing support. The app integrates nicely with my POS as well as online shop. Did I say the support has been top notch? Highly recommended.

This app i think that should be absolutely a must-have in a well developed e-shop. It includes at least five different apps in one just in the basic plan, moreover if you have recently opened a brand new marketplace, they can switch you in the business plan (with a lot more advantages) for a special price during the first year, obviously if you want, and trust me you will want it.
A special thank goes to my friend Tattu, a kind and positive supporter that helped me different times, thanks to her my store is definitely improved in aesthetic and functionality. Great Work guys! :)

Kalys was awesome to work with. Very efficient and helpful and quick to answer any queries with accurate information. The app itself is visually stunning and very user friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a simple and no fuss customer reviews and my wishlist!

The customer service with this app is incredible. Using the app is very easy and straight forward. I wanted to have a wishlist icon in between the search icon and cart icons which is something that didn't come out of the box and emailed the team to ask how to do it but instead of giving me information Tattu just did it for me. She replied to my emails so quickly, and was always so helpful and informative.

Even after changing my theme, Tattu was still really happy to help me again and again. 10/10 I recommend this app.

Nice app, installed quickly. The documentation on the installation is not too deep but customer support is really great and helps you within less than 24h!

Great App, very helpful customer service

I installed this app mainly to provide a wishlist for my customers but it came with some useful extras. I love the fact that they can sign into my store using their existing social network information. Since I've installed this app, people have been signing up more frequently. Great for email marketing! I had a little display problem on mobile and Eldar had it fixed in no time. This is a fantastic app and customer service is excellent.

Wow. Just WOW! This is the best company I’ve worked with in a long time. I have almost 30 years of customer service and web provider experience, so it takes a lot to get a ”WOW” out of me! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SocialShopWave to anyone looking to increase their Social Presence. Fantastic, proactive service without being pushy at all. I absolutely LOVE this app! I really don't write reviews as often as I should but not only is the app fantastically designed and extremely useful, but the customer service is exceptional. Eldar + team bend go out of their way to help you learn the app and have done customizations for me on multiple occasions.

I downloaded the app just to test it out, not planning to keep it, as it was on the expensive side, but it is so well designed and the customer service is SO GREAT that now I don't think I can live without it!!
