We were using another App that cost the same price as Growave, but only provided Reviews functionality. With Growave, we've already imported the reviews from the other app and received superb help through chat to modify settings, etc. We plan to get the Wishlist and Loyalty functionality set up next. I am really impressed by the Support that Growave provides - I received quick, helpful responses to my questions to get us up and running promptly!

Great tool. Just implemented it. Needed help from SocialShopWave but they responded and helped very quickly.
We needed a wishlist app, they provided an entire module to pander our customers, customized emails, social login, they made it possible in a seamless fashion, and their work always assure a high degree of certainty to our Marketing, our Technology and our Web Development departments.

Great app, excellent support. SocialShopWave app and its support team are very helpful in speeding up the processes of planning and implementation social integration. I would definitely recommend to any shop owner or developer to try SocialShopWave before considering other alternatives.
So far, this app is amazing. But the best part is the support. I've had some custom adjustments needed with my store and Eldar has gotten straight back me every time and made everything so simple. Thanks, mate. Awesome app.

This app has been amazing for us and their support has been fast and great. This app does so many things and can automate and simply your store in so many ways. We are not even utilizing all of the capabilities it has, but bar none this is an amazing app.
