This app is amazing. Not only does it do everything from reviews, to FAQs to wishlist to social sharing and more, but their customer and IT support is the best I've seen. No ask is too small and they give each one their full attention.
I had a problem integrating with another app which didn't have a pre-set integration and Growave worked at it and even reached out to the other developers until they got it working! Can't recommend this team highly enough.

We have just launched, but Growave has been integral in making our website as friendly to customers as possible. We're using the Reviews, Rewards, and Social login. So far out customers have loved it and the Growave team has been incredibly helpful in customizing everything to meet our needs. We will soon use the Instagram function as our product gets to the consumers, but overall I've loved the app. I won't know my returns on Growave for a month or so, but customer satisfaction seems to be boosted by it already, so as a new company, that's really helpful Rewards - really easy to customize and there are probably 30 pre-built options for rewarding, so really easy to use.
Reviews - also really easy to use and I integrated Klaviyo to take care of the emails and keep everything together. Other things - allows for color and font customization to fit your brand!

Great customer service and great app. Has everything you need even with the basic package. One-stop shop to take you website to the next level.

I am taking advantage of the free 14 days trial and I am amazed. I had a great support from the beginning. They settled the app for me, migrated customers point from another app, they are always present and always helpful . The customers immediately noticed and appreciated the changes ( now they can have a wishlist, can log in from a social network etc) . I will for sure upgrade to a basic plan. So much happy. Does not exitate to try this app!

I have been recently setting up a store with quite some specific aesthetic requirements which I could not edit myself within this app. The support team at Growave have been exceptional and have gone over and above to ensure that the plug ins and widgets not only function, but seamlessly fit in with my site design and look and feel.
