The functionality of the app is great, and the customer support is top-notch! They are always quick to respond and help with issues. From an aesthetic standpoint, there are some things I would improve, but you really can't beat Growave when it comes to the value you get for the features.

I just started using this app and I love the difference it has made to my website. I love how there are so many features in one app. This is exactly what my website needed to increase conversions. Even when I was using the free trial the support was incredible! These guys will do all the hard stuff for you at no additional charge! I needed help with the size and location of the wishlist feature on the product page and they reformatted it to my specifications. I've reached out many times and the response is almost instant and actually resolves my problem. Most recently, I needed help with a review slider (recommended in one of their emails, which are also very helpful), and they are currently formatting it to my specific preferences! HIGHLY recommend this app for it's user-friendliness, esthetic appeal and awesome functionality, and for AMAZING tech support. 10+ stars

**Subbed at the $69.99 level ** The app itself is a great little system, very clean UI, easy to follow and manage. Works very well on my webstore, and my customers are thrilled I can finally offer a wishlist/loyalty points system. The review feature is definitely worth installing, picture reviews are fantastic, and with the reviews being motivated by loyalty point rewards, ive had 15 reviews in 24 hours versus 3 years of my store being very busy and only receiving 115 reviews. The loyalty rewards really do work, and i couldn't be happier. Now the customer service.... Is on another level. They have a built in messenger app right in the UI of the app, and are VERY responsive. I installed this app on Jan 1st, they integrated it on an international holiday.... They then helped me with about 10 special requests i submitted to change colours, icon placements, etc. All done and finalized in a single business day while maintaining great communication. You might be able to patch together a few other apps to do what this one does and maybe save yourself $5-10 a month, but the customer service here cannot be matched. Shopify veteran of 3 years and this is the first app thats blown me away with the excellence of the service. 10/10

I started with this app a few months ago and did the minimum to get it working on my website and even just that left me flabbergasted with the number of store customer signups I started to get from Facebook, without me actually doing any active FB marketing... I am so impressed with it I am now working systematically to fully implement the growth plan on my site to really turbocharge my shop's development. Well done Growave on a great product and thanks for the superlative customer service and support provided on an ongoing basis. Can't recommend this app enough - every shopify store should have this app as the core of its marketing tools.

The app is super helpful. Its' wishlist and review functions help our company quite a lot. They offer great UIs and strong stability. Except for their provided functions, I have to shout out to their customer service and engineer teams. In my journey of cooperation with them, they helped us with tons of things at amazing speeds. They are one of the reasons why our company can grow so fast.
