Love how this app captures customer in multiple ways. Also friendly and excellent customer support, they fixed my issues in a timely manner when my web developer couldn't get the job done.
Is a great apps on my store. It has more than what I am looking for. You guys at Social Shop Wave ROCK! Thanks to AIZA for prompt customer support.
UPDATE: Updating to 5 stars, as I never had an issue with functionality, just issues with communication and the billing tier. Growave's customer service worked with me tirelessly to correct the billing tier issue. With that said, I find the suite of functions to be so very easy to configure and integrate with my site. It's been the easiest, most comprehensive loyalty app I've found so far. I highly recommend, and if you're having issues with communicating with the support team, please have patience!

So I’m a new online boutique and I know I need to build trust with people so I went on an app that had reviews. I fell in love with this app because it had reviews, rewards, a wishlist and more!!! They got everything integrated for me. Their customer service is AMAZING. Tutta helped me and got everything done so quickly!!! I love everything about this app and I’m looking forward to see the return on investment!

This app worked perfectly in my previous theme, but after I switched themes it stopped. I contacted support and they immediately emailed me back and resolved the issues. I currently use the wishlist & social login features for my store, and they work like a charm Thanks Growave! Big UPS to the Customer Success Manager that assisted me #T.K.
