I was looking for a rewards app and a review app. I downloaded a few and played around with them but none were providing what I wanted. Then I came across Growave. Both in one and the added bonus of the wishlist. I'm still getting to grips with it all and looking at what I can implement to drive sales, loyalty and connection with our audience. So far though I have to say I am mightily impressed and customers in general seem to be engaging and signing up.

Super good app! Got all I wanted and even more. Customer support works super fast! They installed everything for me and put it suitable to the design of my webpage. Thank you , guys!

I used this app for over a year and it was a big mistake for our store. I would say that in the last year or so I received only a couple of reviews and I couldn't understand why. I changed from this provider to another and started getting reviews immediately. The cost of using this program is immeasurable to us.

英語ができない日本人ですが問題なく使えます
管理画面のUIもシンプルで言語も日本語が選択できるので、基本的な設定はスムーズにできました。ヘルプページも機能ごとによくまとまっているので参考になります。
とは言え、ところどころ設定でつまづいた部分やストアの表示についてカスタマイズ要望があったので、メールでサポートに問い合わせました。サポートは日本語対応していませんが、翻訳ツールを使って快適にコミュニケーションが取れます（私は英語は全く使えません）。返信も半日以内で来ますし権限を付与して直接ストアのコード編集までしてくれます。
良心的な価格でここまで親切にサポートしてくれることにとても驚いてます。
ストアをオープンしたばかりなので現在はお気に入り機能とレビュー機能のみの利用ですが、ストアの成長に合わせて他の機能もぜひ活用したいです。

I love this App. And the customer service (Tattu Kachieva) I received has been out standing. It was installed quickly and looks great on my site.
