Went with Growave after comparing different Loyalty & Reward apps. This is one of the best out there, especially when you compare the costs. You get a lot of value for your money. We haven't tested it out in the field yet, but walked through it in a development environment. Looks very promising. The customer service is on point. They are very helpful when it comes to customizing for your theme and also quick to answer questions about functionalities. A few things could be improved here and there to make customization easier and a couple functionalities could be added to make the app even more effective, but overall an excellent app. If you are looking to launch and Loyalty program this app is definitely one to give a go!

I have never ever ever spent sooo much time troubleshooting small and big glitches in this app! Yes, they provide good functionality for the money, yes it all works well nicely (when it work). Yes support is very responsive and does their best to help and fix things. This is why I put 2 stars, not 1. But if you are serious about Loyalty program - I would NOT recommend Growave. I don't have time to list here all the big and small issues I experienced. From the incorrect VIP levels assigned to my customers after the program started, to the loyalty points which haven't been accrued with eligible orders, to the wishlist, which got completely broken after one of my support requests, to the recent blackout, which damaged my brand at the time of new collection release. Countless, coutless glitches. I'm looking forward to switching to another App as soon as I have time, in spite of sincerely trying to give these guys a chance. 4 months of headache and frustration and counting.

The app is awesome.
It provides all the features you need to get a solid loyalty program going.

Next to that, the support is so great. They reply within a few minutes and come with a fitting solution.

I would recommend it to anyone.

The support provided by Kalys is superior and they will do anything to help you have successful onboarding. I asked a lot of help and each time it was responded super fast and professionally. Totally recommended. Cheers

This is definitely the shopify-must-added app!!!
Long enough trial time, reasonable price, Great Features and Excellent Support!!!!
The real-time support really impresses me a lot. They simply respond to my problem immediately and do the technical support automatically.

I wish I could give this app 10 stars. They have been extremely helpful from day one of installing, and are very supportive. I highly recommend this application over other loyalty program apps. To have wishlists, referral programs, loyalty programs, and social logins all under one app is incredible, and honestly something I didn't expect to exist. Growave, keep doing great work!

There was a serious bug (point expiration email was not sent based on the setting) but the technical team manages to solve it within 2 weeks.

Does everything I need and is better than the old reward app I used. I'm not easy to persuade in changing apps as it's often a lot of work so props to them for making me switch!
