I've been using it for a week now, so far so good. Looks very promising. Easy to fidget around with. Got help from Alex when something wasn't clear and it was fixed in a whim!

I'm preparing to redirect my old site on to shopify and wanted to quickly integrated many features for my customers without having to install 5 different apps. Growave helped me customize the site to my exact needs. I would say they offer excellent value and great customer service, most importantly the dev team did an incredible job implementing my requests with no extra costs.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even if I have the free plan, they didn't hesitate to help me to fix my inquire. I ask them to change the font of the wishlist button and they did it in less than one day. I am very satisfied with their customer service. This is the kind of support any kind of app should have to be the number one. Quick and simple way to communicate with them.
while our initial experience with the app was great. the entire app is being updated at the same time and we are now left with very few features to actually work with and aren't able to view any analytics.

I just installed SocialShopWave and it looks very cool and brought "Social" look and feel to my store instantly. I still need to study how do make use of some features. Thanks to the nice documentation it is relatively straightforward.
I have asked MANY questions and SocialShopWave support always replied and helped me solve the problems immediately. They truly pay attention to how users feel and what users need. It has been a very pleasant experience working with SSW. I highly recommend SSW to anyone who is looking for good apps for Wishlist, Reviews and Social. SSW has all of them and the support is top notch.
Great app and great customer support! I highly recommend this app for anyone on the fence for socially connecting customers, it's feature rich and highly customizable, and here's the kicker, IT'S FREE!

The BEST Customer Support on the PLANET. If you wanna do one thing, INSTALL GROWAVE. They literally custom coded some changes I wanted in my website without any extra charges and were always willing to help more and listen to me. They are literally the best. Take my word for it. They are. Download it and you won't regret it. The app itself is so neat. Works amazing. It did have a few changes I wanted in the appearance but the team Azem and Alice did a phenomenal job. They are also super friendly and won't ever make you feel like you're talking to a robot or some typical customer support agent. LOVE GROWAVE. <3
