I've had Growave since I set up my store and overall it's been a great experience - the wishlist, reviews and loyalty program were exactly what I was looking for and the customer support is second to none! I sent a support request today that required a code change and they had it fixed and working perfectly within a few hours! Incredible team - thank you so much guys!

love this app and all the features. the wishlist portion has already made us a bit of money, and very excited to start utilizing various promotions with the loyalty program.

I don't write reviews a lot, really. But Growave helps me way more than they should, or what I expected from them, with the integration of their app in my custom design. Whatever I ask, they will do everything in their power to solve the problem. That is customer service that is very rare, but I appreciate it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing app, it has it`s limits but customer service can help you with most of them, and also you can see that they are working on their weak spots ;-) Hopefully, the connection to ReCharge will be out soon and also you will be autorized google review app so we can get "stars" to ads ;-)

This is the best company I’ve worked with in my online career.
Normally I won’t add any reviews until I get to know everything about.
Now almost half a year I am with the SocialShopWave.
I think this will be the most valuable review for anyone looking to build their store up to the expectations.
I have added more than 100 apps for many many functionalities and tested them out. Finally I decided to go with SSW and another few more apps due many reasons such as heaviness, customer service problems and some other errors which I faced with most of the other apps.
SSW having lots of functionalities, but loads very very fast.
So… I say, this app is amazing.
Worth for the money.
All the features that every shopify store need in one place.
And the customer service is really very helpful & fast.
I totally recommend installing this app for any business.

We're really enjoying Growave. The team behind it is prompt, patient, and accommodating. We switched back to Growave after trying out Stamped.io as an alternative. Its far more user friendly and provides much more bang for your buck. If you're looking for a solid Review/FAQ and Rewards widget, look no further.
