I'm a Shopify beginner, so there are many things I don't understand, but they were willing to accept and solve even the most detailed requests. Definitely one of the best apps on Shopify, we’ve been using it for a few months now. The team is always ready to help, support is amazing and requests are always done surprisingly fast. This last time we had the pleasure to be assisted by Nurila, Customer Success Manager, who answered all of our questions and fixed our current problem.
Thank you Alex for your quick and effective support. I'm now using Instagram, Reviews, Rewards, and Social Log in. The Admin Dashboard is organized very easy to use. The support team helped me to customized each App to best suit my theme. Highly recommended app and support team.

I've had some challenging situations mostly due to my less than full understanding of each Growave setup options. However, the kind ladies of the support team, especially, Tina & Alice, were always there and took time to help straighten things out. One of the best support team I've ever experienced. I recommend first time users to spend enough time to fully understand the system to avoid any confusion later.
