The customer service is top-notch. I'm an idiot when it comes to integrations and apps. Alice, Tattu and the staff here are never too busy to answer my questions and share screenshots and how to's. The app has a lot of features I was going to get from separate apps so I was very happy to find Growave and with the customer service, this makes installing Growave the best decision I've made for my online shop. I can't say enough positive things about the service I've received. Well done!

Ah please, don’t shame yourself for not being a tech-savvy. It’s not hard to imagine how confusing it might get when it comes to integrations and new apps, even for some skilled/experienced users. But no worries, because Alice, Tattu and the entire Growave team are always there for you, ready to answer all your questions and walk you through every step.
You’re absolutely right, with Growave you get all apps in one admin panel, instead of getting separate apps and having to switch between different dashboards. It makes it much easier, right? 😊

I couldn't ask for more. Top-notch customer service. Lightning fast and super supportive staff, especially Alex, who has accompanied me since the beginning of app installation to customization. He and his team have fulfilled many of my customization needs, was very prompt and quick to every request and solved all problems from the smallest to the most important. The app itself is a great all-in-one product. Super easy to install and use! We don't need to download tons of other apps (which hurts our page speed significantly) or subscribe to any other expensive separate services. We particularly love the Instagram Shoppable feature for its nice presentation and functionality, which we haven't been able to find elsewhere without having to pay hundreds of dollars for just about the same one.
Highly recommended !! For those small companies and startups out there who don't have the million-dollars budget yet very "picky" about both the quality and quantity of the services you'd receive, Growave is the answer for you.

One of the best support teams I've come across so would give 5 stars just for that, nothing is ever too much. But the best thing is that this app beats pretty much every loyalty app hands down due to features but more importantly the technology.
As soon as you download another loyalty app from the store it will instantly kill your page loads speeds. THIS DOESN'T AFFECT STORE SPEEDS ONE BIT! Seriously impressive!
