I'm 100% dissatisfied with the Growmatik app because it does not sync my store's data and grant access to the app. Moreover, the app developer is unreachable which is unacceptable and inexcusable.
Please contact support from within app menu and our support team will help you with onboarding issues. Unfortunately there is a problem with the internal Shopify support notifications.

The question user mentions was sent to us on Feb 1 and we have replied on Feb 2 asking them to kindly open a support ticket using the in-app menu so we can investigate the source of issue.
User did not reply or open a support ticket and preferred to write a negative review on the app. We have also followed up recently with the person and re-invite them to let us help them but still no response.
