My company primarily sells to spas and wellness centers but during the corona crisis we wanted to allow enable our partners to sell some of our products directly to their customers so they could make some money while their shops are closed. To support this, I was able to set up a Shopify storefront in a day and then build out an affiliate program in a few hours thanks to GrowthHero and their relentless support person Simon. Now we are launching tomorrow.
It was a real task to find the right brand ambassador program. Happy with my decision to go with Growth Hero. Easy to customize interface and Simon from support is incredible. Literally replies within 5 minutes with a great response to any question. Would recommend.
We shopped around for apps to use for managing our affiliate marketing and this app is definitely the best we've seen. Pretty easy setup. Works flawlessly with our store and whenever we needed help, the customer service was amazing. They took the time to walk us through and made sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend this app.
I have research and tested the top apps in the store and this EXCEEDS them all. I have not found another app with such a complete list of benefits and features. In addition to being the app that meets all my functional needs, its user interface is sleek, modern, and very easy to use. As if that was not enough, they have an excellent support team. I spoke with Caroline who was easy to reach and responds quickly to all my queries.
Simon and Mike were SUPERB helping us to get started. Support for Shopify apps can be a hit or miss game, but GrowthHero has been a BIG HIT! Overall the app met our entire checklist of needs and I have no doubt that as new needs arise, the support team will continue to be a resource for us.
After using this app for roughly a year, they've decided to add new features that we have 0 interest in using and are forcing us to pay extra for them.

So far so good! Just installed the app and set up is smooth. Only thing is, I don't understand some things, so it gets a bit difficult but that may be my fault. Still learning how the Ambassador world works! Luckily cs has already responded quickly to multiple questions that I have. Thank You!
