The app has great functionality. Customer service is always quick to resolve any questions we have.

Simon and Dagmara have proven to be very patient and helpful with my probably redundant questions. I am neither a digital native nor an English native but I am looking forward to get the app running.

Just going through setup now. It's not super intuitive so far, as the setup forces open a lot of new windows, but I'm making progress! We are going to use it to set up our authors as affiliate

Simon assisted me extremely well with my issue. Contacted them & received a response within 20 minutes. Continued our interaction via email, but didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get assistance from Simon. Really happy with their support team!

For now a perfect app we are looking for the future with this app maybe having product feeds? Or options to give presents to the best monthly partner!

Support is very helpful and responds fast. This app is heavily designed for MLM, but can be used for traditional affiliate networks as well. It's best feature is the ability to create many custom rules if you would like to, and is easy to setup. It defaults to having many of the MLM/mass affiliate scheme options on so be sure to review each section of your settings before turning live.

So far, so good. I had a few issues trying to figure out what my affiliate sees but the responsive customer support *Simon* and *Gregg* were fantastic in answering my questions.

They seemed to really care about my company and interested in seeing it be successful and not without any fakery. I appreciate that as things are moving fast in the cleaning products business. Thanks so much for the support!
