The system stopped working in October. Customer support keeps claiming everything is fine on their end, but the orders don’t appear in their system at all. They promise to look into it and get back to us, but we never hear anything…
I recommend using some other app instead.

Although we hadn’t reached out over the last few days, it’s because we were still working on the underlying fix and didn’t want to provide incomplete updates. We appreciate your patience during this time.
As of today, our developers have released a fix that restores all missing orders. The issue originated from an external change within Shopify’s system, which temporarily disrupted tracking on our end. Everything should now be back to normal, and your account should reflect the restored data.
We’re committed to improving both our communication and our product to prevent experiences like this in the future. If you notice anything still not working as expected, please reach out — we’re here to help.

Once upon a time this app was useful. More recently, they have virtually no support. They hide the phone number so you cannot talk to them. Live chat is no longer available. The service stopped working on October 23rd and it has still not been resolved. I reached out to them late October and they did not even know their service had been broken for an entire week. Clearly no one works at this business anymore. Do not download this app. It has been abandoned. We also have identified multiple terms of service violations and have requested its removal from the Shopify app store so no one else suffers what we have suffered through.

To clarify, we’ve never offered phone support, so nothing was intentionally hidden — our small support team assists users across multiple time zones through the channels we currently provide, which is via email and calls you can book.
Regarding the sales-tracking issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We notified all users on November 4th via in-app message that missing orders would be fully restored by November 6th, and tracking is now back to normal. We’ve reviewed your account several times and shared screenshots confirming that all affected orders were successfully reinstated.

Fantastic affiliate marketing software. I switched with an existing list of affiliates and Karolina was there to answer questions the whole way. I highly recommend this to e-commerce businesses
Just started using it has issues with emails not going out to new affiliates as well as not syncing with klaviyo. No help response for a week from support tickets or support email.
I tried a couple of referral programs before landing on GH. It's flexible to different payment schemes, has some nice features like payment tiers, and it's much easier to modify the emails and portal pages than other systems. On top of that, support was extremely personal and helpful, diving into my code for me and helping to install. Highly recommended.
As our company has expanded we have added more people to the platform and still gotten a high quality level of service.
Ive used many affiliate apps and this one is super good. Very easy interface and easy to set up. Support is quick to set up and get started. The information is clear
Hands down the best investment for any new ecommerce store looking to start an affiliate program. Easy to integrate into Shopify. Easilly setup a new affiliate or refer a friend program in minutes. For those time when you're feeling like a newbie the amazing support team are always there to lend a helping hand.
