I tried all the coding tricks to get the hover on second image before I found this app. Works great. Exactly what I needed. Easy setup and no issues .

Works great with the Venture theme - developer even went the extra to fix a fault from another app that we trialed but messed up the site - 5+stars!!

This Shopify app stands out from the competition by allowing users to select any image as a second mouse-over picture. It's a fantastic feature and it seems not to compromise the page speed. It took us a while to find an app capable of that.
We particularly appreciate that this app enabled us to display our third image, which was a challenge due to another app using the second image for a different purpose. However, there are some areas where the app could(must?!) improve.
1/ The interface, while raw, is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the app lacks the ability to filter products by collections or tags, making it difficult for users with large catalogs to find the desired reference. The search box works well, but it displays both active and draft products, which can be confusing.
2/ The app currently requires manual, one-by-one image selection, which can be time-consuming. It would be much more efficient if the app allowed users to choose a collection and apply the same settings to all images within it.
3/ There is a known conflict with image optimization apps. If you want to use a newly uploaded image as a mouse-over image, you must wait for your optimization app to process it first. Failing to do this will cause the app to display an error thumbnail instead ...and you will have to reselect all mouse hover images again.
While point 3 is manageable, we believe the app should address issues 1 and 2, especially given its relatively high price compared to similar apps. Despite these drawbacks, the app remains an impressive and valuable tool.
