Inventora ‑ show stock level

HARD PASS. Installing this app messed up my site. My quantity selector is no longer displaying correctly even after uninstalling this app. And I couldn't even get the app to work when I did have it installed, following their meager instructions.

Uninstalling it requires MANUALLY removing its code, so I have to assume it also added code somewhere else that is conflicting with my quantity selector in the Crave theme.

It also would not let me even open the app until I agreed to its paid subscription, despite this page saying there was a 7-day free trial.

The app works as it should. Not only that but the customer service is second to none! We sent an email asking for an added feature and the developer had it done within 24 hours. This app has increased our sales by 30%. We are forever customers.

It does as it says for the most part.
I couldn't find a way to manage when it would show the stock level -
ex. when there's only 10 items left, to show the quantity only for this instance.
It shows the quantity remaining no matter the level of inventory.

Right now my issue is finding out how to unsubscribe.
I have contacted customer service for help since when I try to manage it from my shopify apps page, it will only take me to the page to manage the app. This only shows you how to uninstall the app (which I have done) but there's no link to take the monthly bill of my shopify plan.

Second week in 3 weeks where the app just stops working right before a product drop. We relyu on this app to show how many products are in stock, and we are super dissapointed that this has now happened twice.

Great concept, has worked okay for years, but it is time to uninstall and find something more reliable.

Amazing app that is very simple to use and install, perfect soilution we needed to help our customers to know how much stock we had left...and if an item is running low it creates urgency to buy so they don't miss out.

I originally chose this app for my fabric shop merely so customers could know how much/many of an item is currently in stock when ordering. I've been using it for that feature alone for over a year and have been very pleased. I recently had a question about changing the wording from the standard 'in stock' to 'available,' specifically so my PreOrder customers were not confused, so I reached out to the design team for support on how to do this. I worked with Adam, who responded quickly and supported me with quick, clear instructions. In addition, he also tailored a feature specifically for my site so PreOrders are more clearly defined for my customers. I could not be more pleased! Highly recommend this app.

I only downloaded this app today, but so far so good! It was just the 'stock level' app I was looking for. As a premium handmade jewellery business, all the other apps I came across looked cheap and for large retailers. This one is far more premium looking and fitted much better with my branding. The response team are also super quick! - I asked if it would be possible to make a slight placement change to one of the designs and they amended it for me straight away. Very happy.

We usually fo $500-$1500 a day in our shop. The day we added this, we did $6000 and the next morning did $2000 by 8 AM. Improved my conversion ENORMOUSLY and immediately. Best $7 I have spent on my business! It doesn't respond perfectly to the pre-existing code of my website, but it gets the job done. It took me a few hours to get my website configured to make it work a little more seamlessly, but I am VERY happy with the results this drove on my platform.

This is such a fantastic application and a great supporting team. We have very rare collectible products and providing our customers with real time visibility into inventory across the site is needed. The app was very easy to configure for our purposes. I had a few UI look and feel changes that the support team gladly helped me with. They were completely professional and extremely responsive the entire way through. Highly recommend.
