Extremely long wait times for quotes, sometimes not receiving any at all which has forced me to use other drop shippers.
Agents not helping with requests for SKUs or giving shipping information - overall delays and unprofessionalism.
We've had a great experience using this app! Setup was simple, and it integrated smoothly with our store. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The product catalog is solid and deliveries have been reliable. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a dependable solution to scale your store.
I’ve received several complaints from customers about the quality of your products being noticeably lower compared to my other suppliers. This is impacting my brand reputation and customer retention.
Additionally, the return process has proven to be extremely difficult, especially for customers who simply want to return a product they’re not satisfied with. This has further contributed to negative feedback and frustration on the customer end. The products quality is really bad and shipping times are extremely long even though if you pay extra for charges for faster shipping. Customer reaching out they were missing parts in their orders. Some packages were not delivered even after 20 days.
The BEST! These guys make it super easy to source products and ship worldwide. The customer service is excellent, responding to any questions quickly and effectively. 10/10.
Alex is the goat. Great app, service and all round logistics partners. Links easily with your store, automatically uploads tracking info with each order and has good analytics of where your customers and orders are from, sales figures, ect... Recommend

Ich arbeite sehr gerne zusammen mit Bella, denn mit ihr löse ich einige Probleme und sie hilft mir gerne dabei oder bearbeitet für mich Aufgaben. Tracking is automatically uploaded to the store and all orders are always shipped on time by the team.

Goshippro is the best supplier and fulfillment service ever! They are super fast and reliable with every request and question. The shipping methods are very well explained, so if you are someone that needs help with the perfect shipping methods and speed then you are here at the right place. 10/10 I will be using their service till the end! I've never encountered any problems or difficulties and their agents are very nice and polite. The agents are even up for a talk (which is a + for me). The prices are very good aswell, better then CJ for example or any other supplier that are big.
I have been using them for a month now, and I have to say their personal agent is superb & friendly! Always there for you whenever you text them, even on weekends! Their prices are really low compared to those big dropshipping companies. They will always source the cheapest price for you and most importantly, their standard shipping line is 8-14 days, they even offer an express shipping line which is 6-8 days. Overall, I think this is the best dropshipping company I have used before!
