We've had a great experience using this app! Setup was simple, and it integrated smoothly with our store. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. I’ve received several complaints from customers about the quality of your products being noticeably lower compared to my other suppliers. This is impacting my brand reputation and customer retention.
Additionally, the return process has proven to be extremely difficult, especially for customers who simply want to return a product they’re not satisfied with. This has further contributed to negative feedback and frustration on the customer end. The products quality is really bad and shipping times are extremely long even though if you pay extra for charges for faster shipping. Customer reaching out they were missing parts in their orders. Some packages were not delivered even after 20 days.
