The agency managing my orders through this app delivers far below expectations. None of my orders were shipped within 10 days, and almost every single one experienced significant delays. Product sourcing is uncoordinated, logistics are disorganized, and communication is severely lacking.

Products marked as "in stock" remained unshipped for days.
I was repeatedly told, "it will ship today or tomorrow," just to buy time.
