I am unable to generate a credit note for refund order. SENT MANY EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM.
We're using this App for two months and it works perfectly fine. It has all the necessary features to kickstart the ecom experience. The team is very much helpful with modifications to the dashboard. I recommend it for Invoicing purposes.
Logo not uploading. Mailed to the team but no response. This is the free app that is why they just upload the it to shopify server and forgot.
Hi, this is great. Also possible to add a feature to email the invoice to the customer? Also invoice downloading is creating an issue somehow. Request you to fix that bug -rest, super useful!
The image is not getting uploaded even after uploading the image with correct resolution. Also the information is not getting saved after clicking on submit button.
Added this app very recently and have issues pulling up old orders plus the discount doesn't get calculated in the final price. Still waiting for a reply from their customer support after multiple emails.
