Added this app very recently and have issues pulling up old orders plus the discount doesn't get calculated in the final price. Still waiting for a reply from their customer support after multiple emails.
Dear customer, due to covid 19. our engineers are limited in support as precautionary measures by local authorities.
I am unable to generate a credit note for refund order. SENT MANY EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM.
Logo not uploading. Mailed to the team but no response. This is the free app that is why they just upload the it to shopify server and forgot.
The image is not getting uploaded even after uploading the image with correct resolution. Also the information is not getting saved after clicking on submit button.

Asks for too many information and if you don't you can't go to any other screen
