The application is fine, but I repeatedly kept getting messages on my PERSONAL WhatsApp number saying that the plan is close to being over or other issues. If I am not mistaken, initially it was free for 100 orders a month, then they changed it to USD 5 for the first 100 orders also. Ultimately I don't really care what they do with their own pricing as long as they don't message me outside of Shopify channels. They can set their limits, not allow me to download invoices, whatever, but sending me WhatApp messages outside Shopify is unacceptable and seems blatant misuse of personal information shared.
Very happy with webplanex gst software that has made invoice generation and tax filing very automated. Their support is also prompt and available for any issues.
Some UI issues persist that can make invoice management manually laborious. Especially that there is no way to bulk update gst rates and hsn codes or have them linked with metafields from the product page. Hopefully these features can be added in future updates

1) Support team is prompt 2) The app solves the indian gst invoice issues.
3) The only issues about the software are a) the software is a bit slow b) if the products are above 300 in an category , you will need their help to update taxes and tax codes . If the above 2 problems are resolved , the software would be perfect.

The app is very simple & a great app to have.
But My suggestion is to have bulk export & import option to update GST & HSN., Coz some stores will have more number of sku's & it becomes difficult to update HSN & GST manually all the time.
Good experiencec while using this app from past 1 month. Great servce and staff co-operation when i need some help.

We are 25 years old group of company and Sanchvi is one of our sister concern company , We are using other software in our all companies but we found Web planex is doing very good job and is easy to operate and with shopify they have the best combination . Need to work on few more report as we suggested them and they are on it and we recommend it
Extremely helpful customer support. I needed help with downloading and figuring out some invoice downloading settings and they really were helpful. The App is very useful for Indian GST filing and reporting. Easy to configure and use. They also have online assistance which is really quick.

There is not customization available to edit the template as per our requirement and even in the paid plan also your team is not supporting us to allow us to create or develop custom template.
