This is a painful product to work with. things don't load easily or get updated easily. you have to manually update information.

The reports created are incomplete! there is not information on the total amount of the bill available in the report. And when we spoke to the customer service, they said this is not possible. How can that make any sense?
Waste of money, pointless app.

The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.

It only shows currency in INR and not other currency. Most of the invoices are in USD. Instead of 30USD it shows 30INR.
