Extremely helpful customer support. I needed help with downloading and figuring out some invoice downloading settings and they really were helpful. The App is very useful for Indian GST filing and reporting. Easy to configure and use. They also have online assistance which is really quick.

The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.

The app is fantastic. For India particularly, this is the best app so far for GST invoices. App keeps developing and updating over time as well which is great. support staff is also very helpful.
