GST Pro ‑ Invoices for India

An excellent support team, quick to resolve any issues. A super useful app for businesses requiring GST and other services.

We recently upgraded to the paid version of the GST Pro app, hoping for a more seamless experience. Unfortunately, we have been facing significant issues with regards to cancelled invoices. The app does not provide any solutions for handling cancelled orders, which has created a lot of confusion and inefficiency in our accounting process.

Additionally, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, we have received no response. Moreover, the provided phone number is always switched off, making it impossible to get the support we need.

Overall, the lack of support and unresolved issues with cancelled invoices make this app a poor choice for businesses looking for reliable GST solutions. We are very dissatisfied with the service and functionality of the GST Pro app.

Segmenting the details is enough to understand your consumers and is even better for building trust.

Customer service is great. Had an issue arise, and it was resolved in 15 minutes.

I recently installed GST Pro on my online store & found this app suitable for the GST based invoicing. Initially there was some issue in the integration but the team was very helpful & they resolved my issue with in 30 minutes. I recommend this App. I might use this app for my another online store also
