Invoices look professional, easy to configure and the support is great. We initially had issues setting it up, but they resolved it.
We understand you are frustrated. We have sent you an email with our direct phone number and calendly link to book a call with us to resolve this issue.
- We cannot pick taxes directly because Shopify does not provide an API for tax overrides
- We have not "set up the percentage on their own in the app". I think you are referring to the default tax values under each product. The defaults should be updated with the exact tax amount you want.

We used this app for GST invoice, It is very easy to use, The interface customer friendly. We can even send invoice to customer thru email.

The app works very well for generating GST-compliant invoices. The team is very prompt in problem solving.
This app is very new & the team has to work hard if they want to add value to the stores. This app doesn't have a bulk download option for invoices (which. is considered quite basic) because of which you have to manually download each. Not a fit for any store if they are getting a high number of orders. Will recommend the app for new stores who have a limited budget & limited number of invoices which can be managed manually.

Simple to use the app. Very very good customer support by Geom. Has customizability and PDF print features.
I used this app and it helped me to raise GST invoice seamlessly. The free version allows to raise 90 invoices in a month, which is great initially before you upgrade to Pro Plan.
