Hey, sometimes it just feels magic. I decided to go for the Google Tag Manager Suit and I have limited skills about the installation. Mario and his team walked by my side the whole way to publish. When you are a bit of a newbie in something it feels really great and safe to have this amazing support. No question is too stupid! Thanks for the amazing support and a great app.

Brad was very helpful and assisted me with fixing one issue with my website. He made the necessary changes and explained me all of them in details. The time will tell if everything is ok, but if not, at least I know that behind this app there is a great support ready to help.

Hi - this is Brad (founder) from Elevar and I am sorry. My response to your questions/issues was unsatisfactory which I will make right so we get to the bottom of your issue/questions.

Regarding response time - your last email into our support was during the time period where our service system - Hubspot - had a major system outage which caused days worth of delays in our tickets and updates - https://blog.hubspot.com/customers/a-note-on-the-march-28-outage

While I don't like making public excuses - this is why we did not respond in typical fashion within 24 hours. I honestly did not see it.

The product ID undefined question is one that varies store to store (and many times is a false positive reporting in AdWords) but will happily assist on a screenshare to troubleshoot. My direct email is brad@getelevar.com.

Elevar is great and fairly easy to use. Support agents are great and detailed, as well! Elevar offers many pre-made tags and templates for the ease of use.

Ultimately I think if you are going to do it then go all the way and get Server-side tagging. It also appears that Shopify Plus would provide maximum value. I'm currently on client side tagging and non-Plus Shopify. The app did save me tons of hours of testing and coding to pull in data. The customer support rep Mario has been very helpful in fixing any implementation issues I had. I think there could be a better onboarding process for non-Plus non-server side implementation.

Bad APP, Bad service, Bad support! They are all death if you want to get some support, but they alive if they want to ask you pay for money.

Hi Jason -- this is Brad -- I wanted to take a minute to apologize here. We previously had a process in place to cancel accounts that had more than 3 monthly invoices unpaid and have been unresponsive to any of our outreach requests.

Based on our private communications between us, we've already adjusted this process internally to prevent from happening again in the future.

We should have handled this better and have refunded/credited you with 6 months for the trouble. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to improve.

If you're not an expert in Google Tag Manager/Google Ads installation, do not install this app yourself. Ask the people from Elevar to help you / assist you - they will do it without charging you and they will do a much better job than you.
At least this happened in my situation - needed for a Romanian store, with local language and currency. Tried to install it by myself - total disaster. Even asked for a refund and left a bad review - yeah, I know, life sucks sometimes but people from Elevar, especially Mario (thanks a lot!) helped me and after I granted them access to my Google Ads and Tag Manager (and the shop as well) they did it in no time and it seems they did a good job.

Previously, my GTM was firing for purchase around 1k - 10k/day (there's no way I had so many orders daily - I mean, I wish but that's never going to happen in my industry) and now the GTM and Google Ads especially, are showing a correct number for dozens of orders daily. It will take a couple of days for Google to learn (again) the campaign settings and to adapt as needed but at least I know everything it's in place.

So, tl;dr - if you're not an expert, don't try it yourself, buy it and ask nicely the people from Elevar to help you. And let me assure you, they will do it. And they will do it much better than you, they will ask for permission for everything and they deserve 5 stars.

These guys are top-notch. They have the very best support in the business and they'll help you navigate the cumbersome world of tagging and proper tracking. We are very happy we chose them; they've always been responsive and on point. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
