Great Extension, amazing support!
I use this extension for many of our Shopify and it works perfectly!
The only time I had a problem was during the rollout of a new feature; which was quickly sorted out in less than 1 hour writing the support team!
More companies should follow their example!
Brilliant App.
Having worked previously with GTM, it's been a rough ride implementing and configuring on websites, but with this plugin combined with the support provided by the Elevar team - This was a joy ride!
The extra data we now collect gives us a solid foundation for strategic planning going forward.
We have been cooperating with Elevar for two years and for a very long time it was a very good cooperation. Unfortunately, the last period of time was worse - the opinion has also been changed. However, I believe that this is a 5-star company and it deserves a good word. Thanks to Brad's help, most of the problems were solved. It's good to know that despite difficult situations, Elevar is a very good partner to work with. You can say that for good and for bad :)
Hi Tom - this is Brad, the Founder of Elevar. Thank you for taking the time to update your review from 5 star to 1 star and share your feedback on where we need to improve in the upgrade process when going from data layer tracking/GTM server-side to the Elevar Server-Side tracking.
After we've reviewed and discussed all concerns over the upgrade, the main tracking issue boiled down to the Product Name dimension in GA4. The product name is being translated (via another 3rd party app) on product views, but is not translated on add to cart (or purchase) events. As of now this is not something Elevar has a fix for. However when viewing reports in GA4, the product funnel data is accurate using the Product ID and GA4 contains 100% of conversions.
We also discussed concern over Google Ads tracking during the migration -- nothing was impacted here with Remarketing tags or Primary Conversion event since this was all still running via GTM Web container only.

Superb. I've worked with Elevar a couple of times now and it's become my first port of call for linking up Shopify with GA, FB Pixel, Hotjar etc via GTM. The platform is easy to use with an excellent knowledge base to back you up, and in situations where you need them, the support is top-quality. If you're a total novice, I recommend getting on a plan with more support and the 'done for you' service - you'll save yourself lots of pain and worry.
Brilliant APP and team. The solution they provide is top notch and whats better is that they are really prompt to help you in case you encounter a problem.
Had a few issues setting it up - mainly their snippets not working within my theme. However, their support (Mario) was really quick to jump on it and sort it out. Was very impressed by it. Anyone looking for a better way to manage GTM in Shopify should definitely take a look at Elevar.

Elevar is a powerful app, but it seems too complicated for most non-tech users. Fortunately, their customer service is amazing, dedicated, and helpful!

Hey, sometimes it just feels magic. I decided to go for the Google Tag Manager Suit and I have limited skills about the installation. Mario and his team walked by my side the whole way to publish. When you are a bit of a newbie in something it feels really great and safe to have this amazing support. No question is too stupid! Thanks for the amazing support and a great app.

Brad was very helpful and assisted me with fixing one issue with my website. He made the necessary changes and explained me all of them in details. The time will tell if everything is ok, but if not, at least I know that behind this app there is a great support ready to help.

While I don't like making public excuses - this is why we did not respond in typical fashion within 24 hours. I honestly did not see it.
The product ID undefined question is one that varies store to store (and many times is a false positive reporting in AdWords) but will happily assist on a screenshare to troubleshoot. My direct email is brad@getelevar.com.

Elevar is great and fairly easy to use. Support agents are great and detailed, as well! Elevar offers many pre-made tags and templates for the ease of use.
