Elevar is better than it's ever been. We've used them since 2020, and they are constantly getting better. The data layer they work with provides the best data that you get out of your store.
Ok guys...13 years in E commerce...the firs time someone configured everything in the proper way. Now im recieving perfect data's that are the base to manage an e commerce in the right way.
Ye it cost some money...but without this you can't go nowhere.
MArio and Amanda off support made all the job...i didnt do anything since i dont understand not even the meaning of the word "tag"...

Awesome!! Have been struggling for years bring together all of our tracking separately in Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/Display), Facebook, Pinterest etc and have finally found an App that makes it all work. In 10 years of ecommerce haven't experienced this level of quality support. Thanks team.

THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW. We have to admit that in the beginning, we struggled a bit with the app. However, the support that we got with the app from the team is phenomenal! Within an hour we got a video call with the team and they took all the time to explain everything to us and run us through the different options and how to make the best of it. To be honest they actually went out of their way to help us and get us up and running in the best possible way. It is service like this that makes Shopify a fantastic platform with true eCommerce professionals! Thanks, Brad for all your patience and support. We truly appreciate it.

We've been using Elevar for close to 12 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the product. As a customer with VERY limited technical expertise, it's reassuring to know that the Elevar team have our back. I never have to worry about our GTM account, an iOS update, or the move to GA4, as they handle all of it for us.
A special shout out to their support team who are simply AMAZING! Nothing is ever a problem and they always go above and beyond. They were super patient and supportive the entire way through onboarding and that level of service hasn't dropped one bit.
Setting up Elevar has been a great experience thanks to Mario's excellent help. Our analytics data had a few holes and Mario helped us implement Elevar's server-side tracking and set up GA4 too. Cheers!
I leave 5 stars only because there is an Elevar Lead Specialist called Mario. He is an amazing person and basically, he solved everything for you!!! Do not panic if you do not have any technicians. This guy can help you set up everything. I love what we have right now.Thank you Elevar, Thank you Mario!
Edit: Support reached out to assist me with my issue, and the full version of the app is working well with server-side conversion API, attribution feed, real-time activity & channel accuracy. Very thankful for the assistance and communication with Brad.
Hi Lars -- thank you for the feedback.
You are correct that when your DNS is hosted by Shopify (vs GoDaddy, etc) that Shopify does not allow you to add A or AAAA records that Google Cloud requires when provisioning your own Google Tag Manager server container. Unfortunately we can't "fix" this within Shopify DNS.
Our Elevar Server (Fully Managed) solution is indeed the plan that supports all server-side destinations without the need to configure Google Cloud <> Shopify DNS.
I wish we could get around this issue to support your use case and trust that we work hard to find alternatives with low costs.
