I had an issue with tracking for around 14 months. Several community chats, escalations to shopify and contacting 'shopify experts' later I could still not solve what the problem was. I downloaded Elevar and spoke with a client support manager Robin who identified the issue in a day. Every since he's been in constant contact to help iron out all the issues and we're now tracking all our data correctly. Thank you Robin and Elevar!
Our experience with Elevar has been excellent from start to finish. The team is highly professional and truly understands how to set up accurate tracking across marketing channels.
We worked closely with Darshak Patel, who dedicated a lot of time to guiding us through the process, answering all our questions, and ensuring everything was implemented correctly and working as expected.

So far so good! Data clean and properly presented. It's a bit of a heavy lift to get it all set up if you're non-technical.
Spending some time in the team to get it all nailed and hoping to see the results soon.

Recommended app for server-side tracking.
The consolidation of events is excellent and has improved the quality scores. The integration ability with other apps is easy and a great pairing with Klaviyo. I would highly recommend paying for the professional setup/installation. The onboarding process is top quality.
They continue to charge you after uninstalling and cancelling your plan. Awful support. I am now $700 in charges without even using the stupid thing because it made absolutely 0 impact to my tracking.
Don't use unless you like literally lighting money on fire.
This is Brad, the Founder. I am very sorry to hear this. We won't/can't charge once the app has been uninstalled. However I found the email with our support team asking for instructions. The reason why we've charged is the app is still technically installed in your Apps. I will have billing refund the previous 2 months due to the issue and help ensure the app is disconnected.
As a Shopify store owner focused heavily on growth through paid ads, email, and analytics, I can't say enough good things about Elevar. Honestly, an app rarely overdelivers — most Shopify apps promise big things and end up just being another dashboard to manage. But Elevar blew me away.
From a marketing perspective, it's been a total game changer. Within hours of setup, we had server-side tracking, client-side tracking, enhanced conversions, Meta CAPI (Conversions API), and GA4 events firing correctly, without having to guess whether our data was trustworthy.
Before Elevar, even with "manual" setups and expensive agency help, there were gaps in our data, and it always felt like we were flying blind. Now? We finally have clean, reliable attribution data across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo. That clarity is translating directly into better ad optimization and real ROAS improvements.
Great app but you need to get the expert set up done. I tried doing it myself and had duplicate transactions/data etc. Once the elevar team got involved, they cleaned up all my google analytics and tags so that the data is now 100% accurate. If you're running ads on multiple platforms, this is a must!
