Great app but you need to get the expert set up done. I tried doing it myself and had duplicate transactions/data etc. Once the elevar team got involved, they cleaned up all my google analytics and tags so that the data is now 100% accurate. If you're running ads on multiple platforms, this is a must!
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Elevar's tracking solution and their outstanding customer support. The app works flawlessly, providing accurate and reliable tracking data that has significantly improved our marketing performance.
What truly sets Elevar apart is their customer support team, especially Mario. His expertise and willingness to help were remarkable. When I encountered some configuration challenges with custom events and time on page tracking, Mario provided detailed, clear explanations that went beyond just fixing the immediate issues—he ensured I understood the underlying concepts.
The documentation is comprehensive, but having Mario patiently walk me through the more complex aspects of both client-side and server-side implementations made all the difference. He responded promptly to all my questions and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly.

They continue to charge you after uninstalling and cancelling your plan. Awful support. I am now $700 in charges without even using the stupid thing because it made absolutely 0 impact to my tracking.
Don't use unless you like literally lighting money on fire.
This is Brad, the Founder. I am very sorry to hear this. We won't/can't charge once the app has been uninstalled. However I found the email with our support team asking for instructions. The reason why we've charged is the app is still technically installed in your Apps. I will have billing refund the previous 2 months due to the issue and help ensure the app is disconnected.
Happy with the Elevar app and implementation process. We have gone through the implementation and audit process across a couple different brands, each time the technical resource assigned has been very competent, friendly and thorough. This time around, Darshak was in charge of our audit and we are happy with the results. Thanks!
