I honestly cannot think of a better customer support experience than what I just had with Elevar. The resolved my issue quickly, with little required from me, and recorded a video showing exactly how they verified the fix. Incredibly helpful.

Very bad experience overall.

Reached out to their customer support for an urgent matter.

I opened a ticket, checked later and they already closed it without even replying or solving the problem.

their report always shows 100% accuracy by default no matter what, just misleading.

Im going to switch to either Wetracjed or Triple whale Sonar asap.

Elevar has been a great addition to our tracking stack. The implementation team was helpful throughout the entire process.
