I wanted to try this app after seeing the good reviews. It uses Yandex' translator so I wasn't happy as I wanted to edit my own translations. I deleted the app and received the following email.

Remove the settings part of gtranslate in config/settings_schema.json and config/settings_data.json and the tag {% include 'gtranslate-lib-auto' %} in your theme.liquid file or your manual inline include."
It basically messes up your whole theme and you need someone who understands coding to work on it for an hour or 2 to find these files and delete them one by one... just so you can retrieve your original theme.
Really annoying.

I am very sorry that you have problems with Tantum Translate. Unfortunately apps have no way to clean up the theme after uninstalling, so you have to do the cleanup before uninstalling.
