Nothing works in there. Previews are great, but icons won't show on the site. followed their instructions. Nothing. Why do they create apps that need to exchange 15 emails?

I have been using Iconito for about 2 months and Leo, the live chat agent, was excellent in providing me with ideas, tutorials, and is extremely easy to work with. This app has the best icons from a design perspective and it took me an hour to set it up across all my product pages. It feels super custom and I feel like it not only made my product and brand easier to understand but has given it a greater sense of trustworthiness.
