Guide Shipping Protection

After using this app for a few months, I've had a couple of issues with customers not being able to file claims once their package was loss/damaged. After contacting customer support, Cam W. was quick with responding and was able to look into my account and assist with this issue.

I run an online store. After one of the carriers lost an item I had shipped to a customer, I had to send a replacement, resulting in losses and an unhappy customer. At that time, I didn't have any protection. That's why I am very pleased to have Guide Shipping Protection for my shipments now.

Guide has been tremendous, I have tried many solutions but this is by far the best one! Support is very quick and the customization aspect for our stores has been great!

I haven't had the chance to use Guide yet, but I installed it for my e-Store because of the services it offers. I love that my customers' purchases will be protected. I love that if my customers' packages are lost, damage, or even stolen that their items will be replaced. The Guide Protection app is one of the best apps that I've installed for my store. I'm very excited about this app because I believe having the app on my site will entice customers to place orders from my site knowing that their purchases will be protected. So I've had Guide Shipping Protection for I believe little over a year and a half now. They are by far one of the best apps that Shopify has to offer, the customer chooses whether or not they want their package protected and if they pay the extra .99 cents yes only $1 they have a ease of mind just incase their package gets lost or stolen or never delivered. Guide Shipping Protection is the best and would forever be part of my store.

This is such a simple but VALUABLE app. Being so affordable, a lot of our customers use it to protect their packages, and it takes the stress off of us since we no longer have to purchase separate shipping insurance. Cam is AMAZING to work with too! I've had a couple of small issues that he has responded to usually within minutes to a few hours at most... almost always the same day.
