Guide is a fabulous app. I've installed it on any store that I've launched, and just installed it on my newest store! Guide has a fabulous interface and is soooo simple to use compared to filing claims with USPS. This allows us to offer our customers a higher level of service and control over how much they want to protect their packages. Any time i've needed help with setup/general support, they have been so quick to help. I recommend them 100 times over!
I recommend this app because it with any issues that may arise when you are shipping products. I recommend it for all businesses.

I recently purchased something that had shipping protection and honestly, it’s the best move an e-commerce business can make. Guide is the best company to go with. Everything is automatically uploaded for you and even if you have questions, you don’t have to wait 2-3 business days to get a response, they are right on the money! Very awesome app
Really helpful option for my customers to protect their orders! The only thing that could improve is the multiple product tags.

Customer service is accessible and the process is seamless. I recommend over competitor apps I have attempted to use simply because it’s so user friendly. Thank-you!
Poor customer service. Constantly charging my customers double or triple. Cannot get the refunds. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If the cart total is over $100 USD the rate of insurance does increase but should only be added one time to their cart. This app is very useful and helpful if you have any problems setting it up they have great customer service that can help you with that
The app is working well so far for our store. It has given buyers more confidence when making the purchase. Only issue is that dashboard is not yet fully functional and we are unable to see what claims have been filed and how they are resolved
