Guide Shipping Protection

My mind has been at peace since the day I installed Guide shipping protection. Filing claims with USPS was a hassle and they always reject our claims, even when the tracking number shows that it was delivered to a different zip code. Chelsey, my contact from Guide team has been so helpful. She has helped me tremendously dealing some difficult claims. The one thing Guide can improve on is their processing time. Overall, i am a happy client and will continue to use Guide for my business.

It's safe to say, if your shipping out products from your online store you should have insurance. It's a good peace of mind to have when doing e commerce business.

Perfect for a small business. Very easy to use, they'll install it for you if you have a difficult code to work with. No complaints, looks and acts very professional on your website, while providing you and the customer shipping insurance

Really helpful option for my customers to protect their orders! The only thing that could improve is the multiple product tags.

This app is great once you can get it installed. I had troubles but they added it for me awesome plus in my book. It protects me and my customers from the postal service losing packages or damaging them! Also it’s not much more to the total to get it and have that piece of mind as a customer.

I use this app for my website. It gives me a piece of mind that my customers can purchase extra protection if there order gets lost. I no longer feel a burden to have to send a new package if protection was not purchased. Thank you

I have used this app for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Every single customer uses it and it provides extra security. I don't have to worry in my customers trust that if something happens to their order then it will be replaced. I have had no issues with this company I love it!
