The Process for Consumers

At checkout customers will see the option to add shipping protection to their order, for a small percentage of cart value. When checkout is complete the necessary order info is pulled into our system enabling customers to submit a claim. If an issue occurs during shipping, the first thing customers will do is visit your stores support page. For this reason we ask that you place or allow us to place a few snippets about Guide in your support page along with a link to our website. When customers experience order issues, they simply follow the link to our site and file a claim by submitting their email and order number. Our support team is standing by ready to work with them, committed to getting a resolution by way of a replacement order in 24hrs or less. In the meantime, you and your team can stay focused on filling orders!
